The staff's warm hospitality truly made my 3-night stay memorable, particularly their local recommendations and assistance with luggage. However, be prepared for steep stairs if carrying heavy bags, and breakfast was quite basic.

Excellent position in Fira town with stunning views.
Our stay presented several issues. The room was excessively small, which made moving around quite challenging. Additionally, there was no shower curtain, leading to a flooded bathroom every time we took a shower. We also noticed an unpleasant smell in the room, likely due to poor ventilation. For a hotel that prides itself on its location and charm, these shortcomings were quite disappointing.

The fridge in my room was great, but the shower flooded every time I used it.

Oh, the toasted bread at the nearby Argo Restaurant? Pure bliss! The staff here hooked us up with killer local eats, and we were even treated to a breathtaking sunrise view from the upper floor! George, our host, guided us to the best spots with a grin.
Now, a little cheeky truth, the bathroom door was on strike, and the little window didn’t let in much light. Consider going for comfort!

Stunning views and friendly service
Our stay was a delightful experience! We enjoyed the breathtaking views from the terrace while sipping coffee. The staff, especially Stan, provided excellent local tips for activities and dining, making our visit truly memorable.
However, the room was slightly cramped, making it difficult to navigate with our luggage. Also, the shower had drainage issues, leading to some water pooling on the floor during use.

while the location is stunning, climbing all those stairs was a real pain, and the intermittent wifi was just ridiculous. also, i thought a hotel in such a lovely area would have some small welcome gesture for guests like me, but imagine my disappointment! i almost gave a good review, but certain things ruined it for me.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the vibrant atmosphere, perfect for those wanting to explore. However, the room felt a bit cramped, making it tricky to navigate with luggage. Although the staff demonstrated great hospitality, they struggled to efficiently address minor maintenance issues, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, I noticed the pool was more suited for small groups, as it became crowded with more than just a few guests.
